We understand the potential of Limited Use/Limited Application Elevators as a lower cost alternative to commercial passenger elevators. This heavy-duty, fully enclosed elevator is rated for loads of up to 1400 lb and features unique automatic sliding doors. It's got all the features of a high-rise elevator but is suited for smaller budgets. The LU/LA can be easily fitted into new or existing buildings.

Construction Benefits

• Hoistway Construction - built out of sheetrock or wood, instead of concrete
• Overhead - Requires 109" for existing buildings and 134" for new construction
• Pit - Requires just 14" compared to 48" required by commercial elevators
• Footprint - The space required is about half of what's required for commercial elevators
• Cost - Installations and Equipment costs considerably less than a commercial elevator
